The consortium was organized with the objective of covering, with adequate expertise, the activities foreseen on the project. Consequently, the participating VET organizations have complementary profile and specialized knowledge regarding research and teaching European Union subjects, as the specificity of the project, but also the technical capacity in VET teaching and learning, governance and project management, quality assurance and dissemination.
The experience, know-how and networks of the partners to establish lines of work within European partnerships are a very important factor of success. A solid base of VET schools, a Polytechnic Higher Education Institution / Education and Social Sciences College, with initial and continuous teacher training, and a VET providers European umbrella association, to ensure and maximize the dissemination potential.
The geographical diversity of the partners has also ensured a full European scope, from the North (Finland) to the South (Portugal and Spain) of the continental space, including the Center (Belgium) and extended to Europe´s enlargement countries – North Macedonia and Türkiye.
